Install, configure and maintain tools and/or software to support Information Security’s efforts to mitigate risk and to protect Fannie Mae’s assets. Investigate incidents and events to determine root cause and take appropriate action to remediate the issue. Work with vendor to understand new features and determine how these features could be applied to support Fannie Mae’s environment. Respond to requests for information from internal and external auditors. Evaluate new policies and procedures to determine operational impact to InfoSec tools and develop their procedures and processes.
Required: Masters in Engineering or Computer Science and 3 years of data security experience. Experience must include maintaining and configuring the IBM Guardium and Imperva database activity monitoring and database activity firewall solutions; integrating security alerts with a SIEM. Strong verbal skills and demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise and high quality written deliverables. Off-hour and on-call support required.
