As Head of Product, you’ll lead and champion a product vision and consistently control feature and functionality prioritization. You’ll also be responsible for driving the development new commercial products, optimizing product functionality, building highly-talented teams, and inspiring stakeholders. 
  • Ensure a product gets to market, gets tested, gets iterated and deployed back to market on quick cycles to ensure success
  • Champion the voice of the user with cross-functional teams (both internal and external), and ensure that decisions are made with the user and their needs front of mind
  • Create end-to-end product management and service strategies that result in differentiated marketplace offerings that allow customers and our organization to create and sustain value
  • Gain and share insights with engineering and others through an understanding of user personas, pain points, customer journeys and market trends
  • Leverage data and insights to definitively prioritize feature and functionality requirements to balance delivery expectations against customer and business needs
  • Consult on business model changes as informed by product performance/adoption
  • Attract and retain world-class product design team
  • Cultivate a high-performing, unified team culture
  • Engage and manage communication with multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure corporate objectives are met
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
8+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience – launching products from inception to launch
  • 3+ years of experience building & managing product (e.g. teams, design, engineering, and vendors)
  • Experience working in FinTech or a Tech Startup (highly preferred)
  • Track-record taking a consumer-facing product through initial stages of product/market fit ideation and testing through production launch and initial scaling
  • Proven experience working with a product involving massive data, complexity, privacy and security issues
  • Expert communicator with ability to translate complex requirements into effective requirements for developers while frequently communicating status to a diverse group of stakeholders, in an equally concise and precise manner
  • Comfortable with contributing to and confidently participating in architecture conversations with Engineering and Design around security, scalability, API’s, infrastructure, etc.
