Fannie Mae seeks Salesforce/Siebel CRM Software Engineer Manager -- Reston, Virginia
Determine technical requirements of pending or current projects and assess how development objectives can best be met using current staff and resources. Work with product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed in large/complex development projects. Assign and manage development staff assigned to particular projects and provide technical oversight as needed. Hire, manage, develop and evaluate staff. Ensure continued technical and professional development of staff and provide ongoing technical guidance and direction. Ensure that project(s) are conducted in accord with the organization's structured methodology and standards for application development. Support/lead the team by participating in Scrum-of-Scrums and other management forums to assess development progress and help address impediments. Monitor and improve overall team processes such as Planning, Grooming, Solutioning, Development and Test Automation. Analyze enterprise trends, business goals, and economic viability, and define principles and options to guide technology decisions.
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field plus 5 years' progressive experience in the Financial Technology industry. Experience must include 5 years leading implementation and enhancement of applications and developing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in Siebel and Sales force platforms; and 3 years' managing people. Experience must include planning and delivering large/complex projects through Scaled Agile Framework across multiple agile teams, and large project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform.
